Questions
What providers ask about pricing
What counts as a seat?+
An active staff member with a login — carers, managers and administrators. Bank staff booked through the relief pool don’t count, and neither do family portal logins: you’re never charged for a service user’s relatives.
What happens when my team grows?+
Your seat count follows your staff list. Add a carer and the subscription adjusts for the rest of that month; remove one and the credit comes off your next invoice. Nothing to remember, and no annual true-up.
Is there a minimum charge?+
Yes — £99 + VAT a month. It’s a floor, not an extra: you pay the greater of the minimum and your seats. Once you’re past 5 seats on Care (7 on Pro, 13 on Starter) the minimum stops applying.
Is there a contract?+
New accounts start on a six-month initial term, and after that it rolls monthly — give notice in any month and the subscription ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for. It’s still a per-seat subscription, and annual billing is available at two months free. Whenever you leave, you can export everything — staff, rotas, clock history, care records and payroll — and there’s no exit fee.
What’s the difference between plans?+
Starter is scheduling, GPS clock-in and leave. Pro adds payroll, payslips, reports and audit logging. Care adds the full digital care record — care plans, eMAR, charts and the CQC evidence pack.
Do you charge for setup?+
No. Onboarding help — staff import, geofences and a walkthrough with a registered manager — is included.
