How long does it really take?+
About a week for most providers. The longest part is deciding your rota patterns and adding care plans — the account setup, invites and geofences are quick.
Do you migrate our data?+
We import your staff and sites for you, and you can bulk-add clients. Care plans and medications are added as you onboard each client — often via a reusable role task pack.
What do carers need?+
The app and their phone number. The carer app is deliberately plain — today’s visits, clock in, log the care, done — and you can print a one-page guide from the console.
Can we trial it before committing?+
Yes — a 14-day trial with no card, and the trial itself commits you to nothing. We’ll help you import your staff list so you’re testing on your own service, not dummy data. If you go ahead afterwards, paid accounts start on a six-month initial term and then roll monthly.
